Order/Design Info
ORDERING info:There are two ways to order rings here.
1 - EASY ORDER The items marked Easy Order are styles you can order directly online. Most have a variety of options that you must select from such as choice of metal, finger size, width, gemstone, engraving.
Many choices- some affecting the pricing are included in the buy it now option. Please make sure the menu options you choose are correct.If you are ordering two rings you will have to make choices for each one individually.
If there are options you are interested that are not listed then email or call and we'll give you a price quote.
Even the rings listed for easy online purchasing are still made to order. In general you can expect to receive your ring in 2-3 weeks from the time you place the order.
If you need the item sooner please contact us directly by phone or email to see if we can accommodate your time frame.

2- CUSTOM ORDER We can work together to create something unique for you, either using designs in this gallery as a starting point or beginning from scratch with your own ideas and specifications.
This option usually takes longer depending on the degree of customizing and designing involved. Some simpler variations can be accomplished in 3-4 weeks. Other, more complex designs requiring more deliberations, sketches, models, etc can take 8-10 weeks or more.A good place to start for this type of design is with some very basic questions:
- What metal or combination of metals do you want
- What is your budget?
- What is your time frame for the completed project?
- If this is for wedding rings - do you want them to match? Identical or similar? Not even close except for being symbols of the same relationship?
- Do you want one or more gemstones? Set in a bezel? Prong? Flush into the surface?
- What are some words or images that would be descriptive of the style or feel you want?
It's usually helpful to look through the gallery of photos and make note of what you like. Whether it's the overall design or some specific aspect like how the stone is set, or the shape of the band, we can discuss these variables and "build" a ring that's just right for you.Maybe you already have a good idea of what you want. A description of what you have in mind and any sketches, doodles, references to other rings or even a good analogy can go a long way toward clarifying what that is so the picture in your head and the picture in my head can begin to take shape
It's not just about the looks.
You will also want your ring to feel good on your hand.
No kidding, for some people who have really never worn rings, I have suggested a starter ring - an inexpensive silver or even costume jewelry ring to wear for a while and see how it feels. Do you like something wide or narrow? Do you like heavy, thick rings? Lightweight, hardly know they're there rings? Or chunky, hang down to your knuckle rings? Domed surface or flat surface?
You can begin to see why many of these rings are not easily put into a buy it now sort of format and will require a bit of communicating before ordering.
That's the great thing about having your ring made to order - you really get to have it made how you would most like it.
Return Policy Satisfaction Guaranty
For Easy Order Items:
As far as customer satisfaction, bottom line - I want you to be happy with your purchase. I stand behind the quality of material and work. I do make everything to order so I also hope that when you place the order you're pretty certain this is what you want.
If you're not happy with the ring you receive I'll revise or remake it as needed to make it right free of charge unless the changes result in a more expensive item in which case you will be informed of this additional cost before proceeding.
If you just really don't want it or anything else I can make instead, I'll refund your purchase price less 20% assuming the ring is returned in like new condition.
For Custom Orders:
The same as above regarding exchanges except that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of your receiving the item and will be refunded at 50% of purchase price.
